Thank you for shopping at Orisma's Shop! We strive to get your orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our processing times, shipping options, costs and other important details. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Times
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
• Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day or the next business day.
• Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take 3-5 business days. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates (Domestic – Contiguous U.S.)
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts) for standard shipping to the contiguous U.S.
• We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
• Tracking is provided for all orders.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO Addresses
Shipping is available but may incur higher rates and longer delivery times (typically 7-14 business days). Please select the appropriate option at checkout. APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail where possible.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Haiti , Brazil , Dominican Republic , Chile , Mexico , Francia .
• International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
• Estimated delivery: 5-15 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
• Some items may be restricted for international shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust international orders if restrictions apply.

Shipping Costs and Calculations
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. We aim for transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Rates are subject to change.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by logging into your account on our site.
Shipping Restrictions and Prohibited Items
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or methods (please use a physical address where possible).
Certain products may have shipping limitations based on size, weight, or destination. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you and offer alternatives.
Delays, Lost Packages, and Damaged Goods
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and tracking info. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue (replacement or refund where eligible).
• For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and product.
Changes or Cancellations
